We have dealt with many agents over the years but the service we have received from Nicholls Residential has been the best we've ever had. The whole team were very personable and approachable throughout the whole process. In particular Georgia who was really helpful and caring, providing us with regular updates and always happy to answer any questions we had. Jacqueline and the whole team at Nicholls went above and beyond on the sale of my property, it wasnt the first time Id used them, so I knew I could rely on them to do a good job. However what I received was far more. There were a number of challenges along the way, but none were as a result of Nicholls, in fact Jacqueline was often the one going the extra mile to find out information when other wouldnt. I really cannot recommend them enough, the team stuck with us the whole way, keeping me informed and ensuring our buyers remained committed.
