Questions
What is included in the rental price?
All cottages include full central heating, unlimited hot water, smart TVs, WiFi, fully equipped kitchens, and welcome packs. Bed linens, towels, and garden furniture are also provided.
Are pets allowed in the cottages?
Dogs are welcome in Rectory Cottage (September–April) and Swallow Cottages (all year). Other cottages are pet-free. Please check terms and conditions for details.
Can I request additional items for children?
Yes, we provide travel cots, high chairs, sterilizers, and baby baths on request at no extra cost. Please inform us in advance of your needs.
Are there special arrangements for Christmas bookings?
Cottages are decorated for Christmas with a tree and festive extras. We can assist with supermarket deliveries or local supplier information if arranged in advance.

We stayed in the Gardener's cottage in Overstrand for a week. It is a fabulous cottage with a homely feel in a quite little street and you can hear the waves crashing against the shore to help you sleep. Fantastic place, thank you.

Great cottage, attention to detail outstanding even the dog loved the garden running around, near to cromer not far to norwich, we found it a good place for visiting family.

A relaxing weekend with friends in cottages that are first class. The cottages are in a hamlet in the north norfolk countryside but close to the coast. Plenty to see and do if that is what you want to do. We just stayed in and relaxed
