Terrible for people living nearby. Tenants and their guests use OTHER PEOPLES DRIVEWAYS for parking and unloading. Garden at rear like a jungle. Had eu nationals in past using the street to park breakdown trailer pickups. Multiple families living there illegally.

We vacated the above property on 05.10.2021 and, as requested, returned all sets of keys to [you/ Miss MELSSA) on the same day. We have fulfilled all of the contractual obligations set out in our tenancy agreement. We have paid all bills up to date and no damage has been caused to the property. We were told we would receive a cheque for our deposit from you but this has not arrived. If we do not hear from you TODAY we shall assume that you are withholding our deposit unfairly and will therefore be applying to the tenancy deposit protection service that safeguards my deposit and request an

Homelink has been great....from the intial meeting with Sheikh, through to anyone that i've spoken to at the offices. It can't be easy having to manage all of this during a pandemic, but they've all be great. Panay especially has been fantastic, and has always been extremely helpful with anything that we need to raise with her department.
