As a local, I couldnt feel more neglected. The owner (male, scouser accent) has the people skills of a hyena. He invests all of his energy into his regulars, whilst offering a cheap and artificial welcoming to newcomers...or anyone else that doesnt fit the decor of this tacky slum.
