This is an amazing guest house, it’s a converted Edinburgh town house furnished to perfection. The rooms are very well appointed, very clean, with lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh milk! Lovely touches like a very detailed information pack in the bed room, selection of bathroom products, honesty box for drinking in the downstairs fridge, on site parking plus a perfect location in Edinburgh. On arrival the owner could not do enough to make us both feel welcome. I cannot recommend this guest house enough.
