Stayed here between xmas and new year for a night cant fault it great location the staff were very helpful ,polite and efficient ,room was spacious,clean and comfortable . I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent base for exploring Edinburgh. Clean and tidy, good value for money. Breakfast served at Rabble over the road was top notch. Vast array of pubs and restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay, in the heart of the New Town. Friendly, helpful staff and clean spacious rooms. Extra helpful is the free Luggage Room, where you can keep your bags for short term storage.

Brilliant location in Edinburgh. Rooms a little tired but great staff, brilliant breakfast at Rabbles and rooms kept clean and well stocked. We are glad to have chosen this hotel and recommend it for a short stay in Edinburgh.

Lovely hotel, really central, and the staff were so helpful and kind. 24hr reception, and a place to leave luggage after you've checked out if you're not leaving Edinburgh straight away. Fab for the price.

Came up for the fringe a tad dubious. Lovely hotel can't fault it. Ideally situated a stones throw from the Royal Mile. Comfy bed very clean. Hot water shower good flow too. Friendly staff. Left luggage facility definitely stay again
