Our self contained function suite is an air conditioned, warm, bright and spacious facility with patio doors that open onto our outdoor seating area - perfect for summer weddings. The Gilvenbank Hotel is the ideal venue for family and friends to reunite and mark the loss of a loved one. Our sympathetic team are always on hand to offer their assistance to ensure your arrangements are hassle free. We have two function suites available, with our main hall holding up to 120 people and the smaller suite up to 50 people.

Our self contained conferences suite offers air conditioned, warm and bright and purpose built facility to those guests wishing to hold meetings, seminars and presentations in private surroundings for up to 60 people. Seating and table plans can be agreed in advance and include theatre style, boardroom and group tables.

The Gilvenbank hotel features contemporary styled bedrooms and are designed to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our twin and double rooms have a fresh, modern feel and are equipped with LCD TV as well as a host of in-room facilities; tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
