Patrick Gardner were 1 of 3 agents who valued our property and they suggested the highest price which always makes me nervous. They were 25k more than the next agent but they were RIGHT and indeed we achieved in excess of their valuation. Thank you to everyone for all the help and assistance. I think the only stress was moving as it was a long day which is to be expected. Everything else went very smoothly from putting the house on the market selling it so quickly and then finding our new home fortunately also relatively quickly. All the Patrick Gardner staff in the Ashtead and Leatherhead head office were very helpful constantly as and when needed. Please give a big thank you to everyone from Miky and myself.

We used Patrick Gardner to sell our house in Leatherhead. Calm, professional and diligent they have made what is a stressful experience as easy as possible. We dealt with Andrew for the sale and Julie as a sales progressor. This role was vital as it managed the whole process of dealing with the lawyers and the chain.
