If it looks like it's too good to be true, it's probably fake. Property on Stanley Road - a typical example of fake advertising. One bedroom flat rent for 433 sounds nice, isn't it? Well, the price of the 1 bed flat is 670 (or so) per month + a deposit of the same amount. 433 is actually the price per room in 3 and 4 bedroom flats in the property. The good news is, it will certainly not be a quiet neighbourhood but rather a loud student's playground, so, if looking for a peaceful place, it's not that you'll miss the lifetime opportunity if you just skip it and look somewhere else. Martin and the rest of the team were amazing. On time for the appointment , good knowledge of the area and professional. My property was on their site in a few days and sold in under a week to happy buyers. Helpful advice on things that needed moving and removal. Very happy with the price the property achieved. Would highly recommend.
