I contacted this agent regarding a house they had for sale using the Zoopla app. When I heard nothing back I assumed my message didnt arrive so sent a follow-up. This was also not responded to so I contacted them via Rightmove regarding the property. This also wasnt replied to, and the property was shortly after removed from Zoopla. It remains showing as for sale on Rightmove and on their own website. Telephone calls go unanswered. Highly unprofessional and I will not be using them to sell my own property.
