Called Saturday morning to book a viewing for a property recently put on the market. We were told that NO viewings are going ahead yet (due to personal reasons of the seller)and we will be sent a virtual tour via email. Popped down to the property later that afternoon for a noisy at the area and was surprised to see viewings actually going ahead. Spoke to the estate agent onsite and she said viewings had been carried out the day before also! This doesn't set much trust as a buyer with the conflicting info. Also due to the layout of the property it would be very hard to purchase with a mortgage

This firm is well thought of in Carmarthenshire. I can now see why. The utmost professional care and courtesy at all stages. Feedback from all viewings and actively selling your house. I couldnt ask for more. It sets the tone when the owner comes out to speak to you and photograph the house, despite having a huge portfolio he knows every one of the properties that his firm represents.
