Jack and the team were very helpful during the sale of our house. They lined up viewings in a timely manner and gave sound advice regarding offers. Our house sold immediately and the Andrew Craig team played a huge part in this. Jack kept in touch and updated us at each stage of the sale. My first time buying a house. I was in very safe hands. From day 1 Ive had a fantastic experience. I was given details of a solicitor team when I made the offer for the house who (using an app and via calls) kept me up to date with what was happening and when. I also received regular unprompted updates from Jack to let me know how the move was progressing. When I wanted to go back for a second viewing after Id had the offer accepted it was no problem and arranged for me quickly. I appreciate there was no chain either side, but to be completing after just over 9 weeks is amazing!! Thanks folks

I was a tenant through Andrew Craig for around 2 years. This was the first time I was a tenant in around 15 years as I relocated into the area. My contact, namely Donna was phenomenal. Really responsive, very fair and helped represent both parties really well. The house I rented had a number of issues but never did I feel like I was being problematic. In addition their network of contractors they used were generally very responsive so nothing dragged on. As now a landlord myself I wish I used Andrew Craig as they are on top of all things to do with property management and being proactive which
