An Italian restaurant in Lancashire that's cosy and full of original rustic charm. La Locanda is located in the tiny village of Gisburn and nestled within Lancashire's wonderful Ribble Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The restaurant accommodates around 40 people, with a small bar and dining area downstairs, and a pleasantly welcoming restaurant on the first floor.
Owners, Cinzia and Maurizio Bocchi migrated from Italy's Lake Maggiore to the beautiful county of Lancashire over 20 years ago. They head up a small but passionate team of almost all Italian staff, eager to bring you a true taste of Italy.

Over the years of owning their restaurant in Lancashire's Ribble Valley, Cinzia and Maurizio have formed good friendships and alliances with many local food and drink producers, and suppliers. In fact, one of the reasons they actually first decided to settle and open the restaurant in Lancashire was because of the profusion of fabulous produce they found when they first moved here.
