Will not be renewing my policy with these and becareful if your with them they just add 40 onto your policy and when you question this they have no explanation i feel sorry for the vulnerable here as some would just pay it!!!0

SO AFTER STAYING WITH VAVISTA FOR A SECOND YEAR NOW THEYRE ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS TO OR ELSE TGEY WILL CANCEL MY POLICY. WHEN CALLING TO QUERY WHY THEY REQUIRE IT IN THE SECOND YEAR. I HAD TO GET CUT OFF ON TRANSFERS 4 TIMES WHEN FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO SOMEONE I EXPLAINED IVE BEEN CUT OFF 4 TIMES AND THE ADVISOR COULDNT EVEN SHOW ANY CARE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND NEVER APOLOGISED ONCE EVEN THOUGH I MENROONED IM PROMISED A CALL IN 48 hours IF I DONT RECIEVE A CALL I AM CANCELLING THE POLICY AND GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
