Sent Arag all paperwork to evict a tenant like they had asked only to tell me two weeks later that Business Legal Guard and the Landlords Legal Guard extension is not insured. Couldn't have found that out on day one?? Complete waste of time and effort.

Typically stereotypical of your insurance sharks in the 90's. Young all Male team with no experience, poor customer service and incompetence. They will do whatever it takes to avoid paying out on your claim and when they are caught out Ghost you. Very dodgy politics in full force with head office in Germany
