Finding this taxi company has been brilliant. My mum used to find it very hard transferring from her wheelchair into a car. To be able to just wheel her in and have her strapped in her chair is so much less of an ordeal for her. The drivers we have had are brilliant, friendly, professional and punctual. Not the same rate as a conventional taxi for short trips but I can understand the need for a minimum charge and on the whole reasonable and worth the money. I really recommend using this company.

Called taxi booked in advance. Had to call up 3 times only to discover job hadnt been picked up. Driver arrived who had only been offered the job after my prebooking. 35 mins late. Shame the service isnt more efficient.

Loads of wheelchair accessible vehicles of various sizes means that they usually have a car available when you need one. We use them 200+ times a year and I still recommend them to anyone that needs a wheelchair cab......that should say how reliable they are!
