First time ordering from Planet Spice (we usually collect from an Indian in St Ives) so was looking for somewhere closer. We ordered at 6pm, food was ready to collect 40 mins later which was great. The guy on the phone was really polite which is always a good start! We collected the food at 7, as we were running a little late and it was still hot and fresh. The guy in the shop checked our order and again was really nice. The price we paid for what we ordered was really good as we got 10% off for collecting. The portion sizes was really generous, especially the curries! The tubs were full to the

I ordered my first curry from here last night. It was all cold. The peshwari naan was more plain than coconut. The onions in the curry were still raw. I ordered my last curry from here last night

The food is absolutely delicious and the entrance and atmosphere was very welcoming. I really think it perfect place to celebrate with friends and family. Definitely coming again!!

Customer service skills very poor. till operator put money in pocket after taking £24.70 cash payment from me found that very odd. the food had been microwaved as confessed by the shorter lad as we found our… rice very dry. everthing we ordered had coriander and the salad were just lettuce and chopped onions. Rank food for the price. wouldn't recommend to an animal let alone people. The manager asked me for a cigarette after being told to wait in the pouring rain.
