Despite all the lockdown difficulties through Covid, Steven Borland and his team provided a highly professional proactive service during both the sale of my house and - by coincidence - the purchase of my new house. I used Borland and Borland when my brother and I had to sell our childhood home after out mum passed away, Steven Borland was so helpful, he was compassionate and reassuring and went above and beyond. The office staff that I spoke to on the phone were always helpful and efficient, and between all of them made what was a sad situation bearable. They are the only estate agents I would ever consider using!

I have recently sold a property and the service provided was exceptional. Their local and area knowledge is second to none and excellent communication throughout the process kept things moving along. Everyone in the team was particularly calm and helpful when things weren't going quite to plan and tension levels were raised! I was very reassured that I was receiving personal and focussed attention and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service provided. Very professional, very competent , first class .

Been twice now during the slow season in March. Still lots to see in these beautiful gardens. A bit pricey at 16 adult entry, but overall I'd recommend a visit and I'll be going back again..
