Throughout the whole sales process, Nick was fantastic... Positive, friendly, genuine, knowledgeable, pro active and professional, he really knows his stuff! Having had a poor experience with another local agent whilst marketing our home in Netley Abbey, Manns were like a breath of fresh air and made the whole experience as smooth and as stress free as possible. I completed a house purchase yesterday on property being sold by Manns & Manns. The Agent and Admin staff (Helen and Anita) were wonderful to deal with and made the process much easier than I expected. Super efficient, helpful, responsive and fast in dealing with all my queries. They were also lovely people to deal with. If I was selling a peoperty I would not hesitate to instruct this company.
