Used Fenwicks for sale of house, moving out of area. Prior to sale it was the second time we had had a valuation by Fenwicks. Absolutely no pressure was put on us to sell after each valuation. Following acceptance to put property on market the process quickly started with first viewings almost immediate. Service throughout was very good, keeping us informed and also quickly responding to phone calls from us. Recommended.

A house move is always going to be a stressful time, but even more so when it involves moving your elderly parents. That said, I cannot praise the team at Fenwicks highly enough. Always returning our calls, chasing 3rd parties on our behalf and ensuring all went as smoothly as possible. I would have no issues in using Fenwicks or recommending them.

I would highly recommend Fenwicks Estate Agents and would use again. They became like our extended family with our sale, supporting us at every step and keeping in touch frequently!
