I couldn't recommend Warners enough! We ended up tangled in a really stressful and complicated attempted house purchase - missing listed building consents, council refusals, short term tenancy agreement, you name it. Craig Innes at Warners went above and beyond in what he helped us with during this time. Without him I don't know where we would have… been and I can't thank him enough. After nearly a year of negotiations we had to walk away from the first purchase when retrospective building consents were refused, but with the help of Peter Moore and Douglas Williamson we had an offer accepted

Can highly recommend Warners if you are looking to sell your home. Ours just went in the market 5 days ago and is now under offer thanks to our selling agent Rae Martin who has been so helpful, friendly and has kept us well informed throughout the whole process. We are absolutely delighted and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future, although we don’t plan on moving again for a while hopefully! :-)

Have just completed on our first home ,cannot recommend Warners enough Fantastic service from start to finish Brogan Kerr has been amazing ,she really has helped us through the whole buying process she has been… patient,courteous and went out of her way to explain things when we really didnt have a clue what was happening ,im sure our first experience of buying a house has been all the better having Brogan help us along the way ,thankyou so much Brogan for all of your help it is 100% appreciated ,Colette and Jim Shaw.
