Our fees start at 300 plus VAT for a single document, with registration through the Office of the Public Guardian costing an additional 87. We also advise on Intervention Orders and Guardianship applications.

Our will-writing service ensures your wishes are clearly documented, covering asset distribution, guardianship appointments, and tax-efficient arrangements. Simple wills start at 350 plus VAT, while complex trusts and mirror wills for couples cost from 500 plus VAT, with fees reflecting the required bespoke drafting.

Trying to get purchase a flat. It had a HR (no 3s) and said it IS suitable for mortgage + someone living there. The connells did survey for bank (i had to pay (240) said it is NOT mortgageable. Please use another firm!

Professional, friendly and to the point, easily describes my experiences with Andrew, Alison and the C&C legal team. We were buying our first home and looking for a good attorney when a friend recommended Andrew Ogilvie. We were pleased that both Andrew and Alison were knowledgeable in their field, able to answer all of our questions, and kept communication open and easy throughout.
