They were quick and responsive. We made a number of unsuccessful offers, however they didnt charge any. They were explicit and no hidden charges. Laura McFadzean was our primary Solicitor, Weve also worked with Brittany Campion. Our offer was accepted with a condition to close the deal in 29 calendar days. They worked very swiftly in every part of transaction. We are the 1st time buyers, we were not completely aware of process. We closed the deal on time.
