Poor communication, unnecessary delays, outstanding monies not paid. maybe cheap, but not worth the hassle. Never again. They handled the sale of my house in Livingston, made a right mess of it with delays, bad communication etc. Now they say '' not a client of theirs'' ! They don't like it when people tell the truth and call them out.

Couldn't have been more vague with replies or feedback. Not informative at all and with being a first time buyer it is not very helpful.
1 star because the replies were quick albeit as little words as possible.

I recently purchased a home using TLWilson, unfortunately halfway through the process the Covid-19 lockdown went into affect. It was an absolute nightmare. A lot of companies, including TLWilson, are not designed to function in this sort of environment. From the requirement for physical paperwork to phone lines and remote working, it certainly raised some barriers. Despite this Tracy and the team worked their socks off to support me in my time of need.
