We have used Neil Solicitors on two occasions now, first time we had to abort a purchase at a late stage and second time we were successful and have now moved in. Douglas is very thorough and has an excellent depth of knowledge of the Scottish Conveyancing rules. We will happily use Douglas again (but not for house purchase, this one is a keeper!) for other legal requirements if need be. I highly recommend Neil Solicitors.
