**Horrendous service**
I bought my wedding dress from The Wedding Planner in Helensburgh and despite the beautiful appearance of the shop I would not recommend it to any brides looking for a stress free service. I got married in July, upon advice from the owner I booked my first 'fitting' appointment for the 24th May 21. However, due to contracting coronavirus I was unable to attend and contacted the shop to let them know. When I was out of the isolation period I made another appointment and attended for my first fitting. When I arrived for the evening appointment, the owner of the shop pinned
