Richard has lived in the Derbyshire area all his life, he has invested in Property in the area for nearly 30 years, building up a large Portfolio of Residential Buy-to Let Properties, before founding IPS Estates, who now manage his Portfolio. During this time Richard has gained hands on experience in all trades relating to property sourcing, developing and renovation projects.

This is our inclusive Service, which provides for the marketing of the property and carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective Tenant. This proving satisfactory, we then go ahead and prepare the tenancy agreement, and if required an inventory. The Tenant will then be checked in against the inventory.

At IPS Estates we can deal with Sales either as an auction sale via auction and our investor list, or via mainstream sales to owner occupiers.
