We're open Monday 8am-8pm, Tuesday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-8pm, Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-8pm, and Saturday 8am-4pm.
How can I book appointments?
All appointments must be booked by calling 01274 591321 during opening hours. We don't accept email bookings.
What's your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to notify results in a 50% charge for the scheduled service.

I have not had the best experience here lately..i went in for my roots doing and a toner to go home and notice the damage that had been done by not doing the highlights properly ..i was so upset and after being perseuded by family and friends i went back up to say i was not happy and asked for part refund the manager after denying that there was anything wrong with it asked for me to come back in to have it fixed i refused so the manager told the hairdress to give refund and get rid!..i was shocked..so after going to another hairdresser the following day to have it repaired she showed me photos

Wellllllllll after wanting to try a different salon i rang millionaires to make an apt for my hair colouring and a cut and blow dry. The person who answered the phone was very polite and friendly so I was very confident on a pleasant experience. Unfortunately when I arrived for my apt I was just told to take a seat on the sofa and was not acknowledged by my stylist who left me sitting there for 20mins after my apt time. When I took a seat I was next to the TV which was none stop horse racing for the whole of my apt with no nice music playing to make me relaxed. The stylist probably only uttered

I have been going to millionhairs for some time now and I felt as I need write this up for others to see, since going here I understood millionhairs extremely poor customer service. The staff's and owner/manager janine Cartwright are disrespectful, speak bad of other customers whilst getting my hair done I overheard one stylist say stupid asian lady and felt very uncomfortable as I am from that background too. No staff member should show discrimination towards clients and talk very disrespectful towards clients behind their backs. As a customer who's been going regularly Im sick of the language

Went to Millionhairs for the first time today.I rang up just before 9am and got an appointment for 9 45, which was perfect.Sarah did my hair she was lovely and chatty,I had my hair washed cut,dried and straightened.It was lovely, just what I wanted. Great place, friendly, professional.Thank you x
