Needed one item but ordered two to make it with the shipping. Got an email saying they refunded the one item I needed as its out of stock but immediately shipped the second item before I could the order. Now Im without the item I need and have now paid more for the shipping than the second item costs. Will never buy from here again. Shame because I decided to support local instead of Amazon. A mistake I wont repeat.

I've just drove 40 miles here because it's the closest hair store to me. Only to rock up and be told they are only open for click and collect. I'm furious. I didn't see that anywhere on the website and now I am back to where I started -empty handed.

Needed some jumbo cold perm rods and finally found a UK website that sold them (all the shops that came up were from US). I was a little skeptical about purchasing online after reading the mixed reviews for the shop. However I needn't have worried. I ordered various sizes of their perm rods on Tuesday 5th May 2020. The owner called me on 6th May to inform me that one of the sizes I wanted was out of stock and offered an alternative. He even obliged to my request to video call him so I could see the other perm rods he was offering as an alternative! Half an hour after I spoke to him I got an email

Placed an order for 3 items and only received 1 of the items. I'm still waiting for my refund after over 2 months. Managed to speak to someone but I never received the confirmation of refund email as promised. Wish I never shopped with them. I've sent several emails to get my money back for orders i never received but i'm back to being ignored.
