Very disappointed with the service. Had a reservation on a special anniversary however we still had to stand waiting for our table for a while. The host seemed uninterested and annoyed in helping us, making it an immediately uncomfortable start. It took a long time for a waiter to approach our table once we sat down. The food was nice however I had to send my steak back to cook some more which is fine it happens however when it came back, someone from the kitchen had thrown my portion of fries away in the bin. It took almost 10 minutes to get a new portion of fries by then I had already finished

Building was lovely. Nice design. Food was Average some good some bad.
Drinks were city prices. Music was just way to loud
Imagine sitting for food at 6.46pm in the middle of a club and you'll understand. I was sat in the middle of a table of 8 and couldn't hear the people at the end of the tables and barely the people next to me. Staff were lovely I'll give them that
I will return for a lunch trip to even out the review. But for the moment a solid 2.

This was my 2nd time going to Victors and it will probably be my last. We booked a table and were shown to our table by a waiter, who introduced himself and said he would be looking after us. He took our order and we never saw him again. We ordered 2 Beef Roasts and I ordered a coffee. The food came out pretty quickly but my coffee did not arrive until I had nearly finished my meal. Half of my beef had fat running through the middle of it so I had to leave it. Not once did anyone ask us how the food was during the meal and it took a while before we were able to get anyones attention for someone

Me and my partner are not from oxford and we were looking for a nice place to have an late lunch and a couple of drinks. To top up the place is pet friendly! We were lucky to find victors and to be served by lovely Alejandra. She recommended the mushroom croquettes which was indeed amazing!

Went for a late birthday Afternoon Tea with the family. The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful, unlimited tea was a bonus. Only problem was it took 30 mins for just the tea to arrive and we didn't have 3 of all the options despite ordering 3 afternoon teas. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review, especially with the view!
