Lovely warm welcome. Suitcases taken to the room. Champagne welcome at 5pm. Food was amazing. Staff couldn't do enough for you. They really made you feel like you are wanted and loved

We had a brilliant time with the family for the father in-laws birthday, the staff couldn't do enough for us especially Jo behind the bar who sorted us another room at short notice.

Would give this hotel 10/5... its brilliant. Its 4/5 bus stops from town centre. They are friendly+ helpful.. Very clean + cosy with all good entertainment. The food choice and service top marks. Well done Nigel + Co. Glad to be part of "the Family".
