Myself and my Husband recently used Tinklin Springall to act on our behalf in the sale and purchase of a new home having previously used them for our first home purchase, which was handled very smoothly. I contacted TS after using them in 2014 for a previous house move. Paul Miller was fantastic then, but as he was no longer with TS I was allocated Naomi Clarke and what an utter joy Naomi has been. My case wasn't particularly straightforward but Naomi took it all in her stride, was responsive and knowledgeable but most of all I felt like I was dealing with someone who really cared! Sophie was fantastic throughout our sale process. We had to sell from abroad and every bit of communication was clear, concise and she dealt with the chain calmly and everything got done on time. Weve done a few both in the UK and abroad this was the best experience so far. Pricing was very competitive vs others. Would thoroughly recommend.
