At an exceptionally busy time for estate agents Kerry was proactive and tireless in liaising with solicitors/sellers. Kerry kept me updated at all times which assisted us in completing in a timely manner (and saved me 2K in stamp duty). I would recommend this estate agents and when I come to sell I will definitely be using them.

I really cannot thank you all enough for everything you have done for us. You kept us informed all the way through our purchase and nothing was ever too much trouble. It was not the easiest purchase due to waiting for probate to be granted but you kept us in the loop every step of the way for which we are so very grateful.
