I visited pettengels as part of a research trip ahead of a potential move to the area. Compared to other agents in the area pettengels was pathetic. The agent, Steve Forster, had an abrupt attitude and gave the impression that if we were not buying a property there and then he wasn't interested in helping. I asked for some literature (I.e a brochure) to give me an idea of properties currently on the market... it was like getting blood from a stone and I had to convince him to part with some property printouts. I asked the agent what the housing market was like and his answer was "who would know
