We've only been renting with TMS for a few months now but they have been really very friendly, professional and courteous in that time - much more so than previous experiences w letting agents. She is very knowledgeable and helped me through every piece of paperwork needed. She was always very prompt to return my calls and very friendly nothing is too much trouble.
