Hair Design has been serving Hornchurch since 1980, originally established as Michael Gregg before rebranding to Tao in 1995. Our salon relocated to Elm Park and later returned to its original Hornchurch location in 2006 under founder Michael Gregg. We operate as a collective of five independent stylists with long-standing relationships, creating a warm and professional environment. As a founding member of the 3.6.5 Day Hairdressing business club, we continue to innovate through our own network, Perfect Hair Day, for independent professionals.Our team specialises in tailored consultations to address individual hair challenges, offering expert advice on styling techniques and product usage. This shop is the strangest hairdressers i have ever encountered, I have phoned several times to try and make an appointment with Michael and requested the new customer consultation. The first phone operator was extremely rude and said she didn't know what i was talking about- so i suggested she read the services offered on the website ...Then i rang on another day and asked to book an appointment for a wash and blow dry with Nikki I was told that they had nothing available with her for two weeks, but no alternative appointment was offered they just hung up. I have just tried for a third time to

Booked as they had 50% off for new clients. So I thought I would give it a try.. had a trim on my long hair. If you are going for trim.. always say less because you will end up with your hair much shorter then you ask for. (Requested 2inches off, ended up with double or more the amount shorter)

Best hair cut and colour I have ever had. I wanted a new hair style and colour from a long to short hair and Michael was the best person to give me the image And style I wanted. He is a very experienced, professional, creative stylist hairdresser. All my freinds sand colleagues were amazed. Will definitely go back and my freinds too Happy new year 2019
