Normally always purchase hair from here without a problem. Purchased this hair before lockdown and only just got round to putting this in because of lock down so no salons open so I did my own braids for 6 months. I decided to make use of the hair and the quality was awful. As you can see the ends are thin and scraggly which is odd. When I messaged victoria to question the hair quality she said oh sorry and won't give me my money back or even a partial refund just a discount on next purchase which I do not want to make. She is now ignoring my messages. Awful customer service I will not be using

Great summer hair! I have had my water wave/loose Jerry wig from Victoria Cole hair for the last two years. I bring it out every summer when I go on holiday and the quality has remained soo amazing! Even after two years taking it up, down and abroad with me. Victoria Cole hair really have unmatched quality. This particular hair texture is soo beautiful especially when I wet it the curls become so defined. This wig really gave me the beach wet look I wanted when I was going on holiday last month. The prices are also very affordable and next day delivery yasss

I purchased purvivian hair in 4b. Had a experience where the hair colour was running. So I informed the owner. She said she would offer a discount. Went to shop 2 weeks ago and arrived at shop and the sales person wasn't in the shop to sell me the hair. Had to wait an hour before she returned and I travelled all the way from Heathrow. I was advised that Cambodian hair is very good by the sales person. So purchased in 4b. Got a 5.00 discount due to my experience with last hair.
Had new hair in for 2 weeks and last week went to hairdressers and the dye started to run again. Reported to the owner

I’ve never done my hair at the salon but I always buy Victoria Cole hair. I’ve never had problems. Ma sell good quality hair. Customer service is amazing. Been buying hair from her for 2 years now and I don’t regret it. Worth the money to be honest !

Excellent service. Good quality and durable hair.
Am still wearing the hair I got in 2015 and every time i wash the hair , people always asked if I just got it or if its a new hair. Thats how long lasting and beautiful the hair is .

Customer service was of high standard. The price fair. The lady that made my hair was very professional, smiley and patient. I leave in West Yorkshire...I really don't mind the coach- come to London and made my hair.
