Questions
What age restrictions apply to tanning services?
Sunbeds require users to be 18+. Spray tanning starts at 14 (under 16s need parental supervision). Red light therapy available from 16 years old.
How long does a spray tan last?
Spray tans typically last 4-7 days with proper preparation and aftercare. Regular moisturising extends longevity and maintains even colour.
Can I book tanning sessions online?
Yes, our online booking system allows reserving specific beds/times in advance. Available at most locations except Covent Garden, Waltham Cross, and Reading.
Do you offer tanning lotions for sale?
We exclusively stock Australian Gold® lotions in-store. The range includes accelerators, bronzers, and extenders to enhance tanning results by up to 50%.
What new services have launched recently?
In 2024 we introduced full-body red light therapy beds for wellness benefits. Cryotherapy beds will also launch later this year for recovery and pain relief.

Absolutely love the staff and services in the Braintree branch! Went in today looking for a new cream and was recommended a cream based on what I asked for by Timi, her knowledge is unbeatable and she was so informative and helpful! Always greeted with a smile and nothing is too much trouble! Thankyou Ladies x

One of the best tanning salons I have ever been. The shop is spotless clean, the staff is friendly (especially the manager) and knowledgeable, the equipment is up to date (2 Ergoline Prestige, a Ergoline SunAngel and 3 standing-up sunbeds) and the cabins are decent sizes. Just enjoying going there

Possibly the worst spray tan machine I’ve ever been in. Normally go to the lakeside branch to use their spray machine. Never ever have any issues with that. This time I used Chatham dockside and it was a disaster. The machine only did two sprays so I had to get dressed and go back out to get lady to do another one so I could get the back of me… sprayed! Such a faff, dangerous and slippery where it hadn’t been cleaned. Fans too loud so you cannot hear anything. Would avoid using again. The spray tan was orange in colour and I can’t wait until it’s fully come off.
