On arrival asked that our room was not to be serviced because of Covid. We also put do not disturb on our door. However, our message was not passed on to staff and they also chose to ignore the sign on door!

Very nice hotel. Good location, beautiful views from the dining room. Easy walk into the town of Richmond or the Park. I had booked a single room (it was all that was available on Booking.com) and feel there were plenty of other rooms available. My mistake! Excellent breakfast and service. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at the Petersham.
Terence the Events Manager helped us with the planning and preparation for our big day at the Petersham. He was very accommodating and was always an email away if we had any questions. Wed like to thank him for everything, it was everything we wished for and more. We had the most amazing evening, wed do it all over again in a heartbeat.
DJ Tony was fantastic, he followed the genre of music that was on our list and had everyone up on the dance floor! He made our night! Our guests were blown away by the intimacy of the
