Visited here for a Sunday Carvery, we were greeted by a lovely guy who showed us to the restaurant side. We were given a menu each and asked for out drinks order. Drinks arrived shortly after and then there was a wait.... quite a substantial wait considering there was only 8 items on the menu. While we were waiting, it gave us time to look around the room and check the staff interactions. One of the chefs was more interested in the football playing on his phone, which was loud enough to hear across the room. A waitress that clearly had little to no experience as she spent most of the time stood

Really nice venue, lovely helpful staff and dog friendly, had the mixed grill for one (9/10)
If i had to moan about one minor thing
The toilet seat in disabled toilet had a crack in it which nipped my thigh. No issue for me as covered it with small piece of bog roll. But for sake of a max 50 seat could do with fixing. Other than that, very happy over all, will be back if in area!
Cheers for the good lunch guys

Had a great lunch with friends today. Staff friendly and attentive in a positive way. Food was excellent, all 5 of us enjoyed our very different meals, really good and great value. Lovely place to meet up, easy parking and disabled loo with good access. Clean and very comfortable, looking forward to a future visit, thank you.

Nice little pub, limited choice of menu, however, food was good and served quickly by friendly staff. A little disappointed to see some of the specials and desserts running out before 7pm. Good atmosphere
