Mr Chippy is run by York locals: Andrew and Rowena, both having over 35 years catering experience in kitchens and management. This has involved working in some of York's most exclusive dining venues including York Minster, The National Railway Museum and the Treasurer's House. It is not only just excellent fish and chips that are at the heart of Mr Chippy, equally important to us is our standard of customer care.

All of our ingredients are where possible, sourced locally, and Yorkshire based. We pride ourselves in being MSC credited with our fish being sustainably sourced from both Iceland and the North Atlantic.

Our menu includes traditional favourites such as fresh cod and haddock, sausages, pies, burgers and classics like haggis and saveloys. Ideal for up to 7 years old. A choice of small sausage, fish bites, or chicken goujons with chips and a choice of drink. 6oz 100% beef burger served in a floured bun with ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and onion and served with chips.
