Very very very poor estate agent! I would give minus rating if i could! extremely unprofessional, never return your calls, they are costing sellers/ vendors money because they are forcing buyers to use in house services and will only sell to individuals who are using their solicitors and brokers! even if you offer 20k higher then asking price they do not even put the offer to the seller and just knock it out by lying to their sellers saying buyer is not proceedable! which i am sure is illegal!! Please do not waste your time with this mickey mouse agent! I'm guessing the owner does have a large

Just sold my property through Klarico, at the start of this month. The service was brilliant start to finish. I must say very streamline in deed. I literally took a step back and let them do everything for me and they guided me through everything quite well. I would recommend them to everyone looking to sell their house in Birmingham. I literally didnt know anything about selling, and they provided me with solicitors and even a mortgage for my next home. I literally couldnt ask for anything more. A big thank you to all you guys
