We have stayed there several times and always had a good time, however this year excelled. Joanne and her team are so professional, proficient and extremely friendly their customer service skills alone deserve 5 stars .Nothing too much trouble. The renovation has been done with considerable effort . Can't wait until next year.

Currently staying here absolutely lovely place, quite, near the beach and not far form the town about 10-15 minute walk. The pier is just up the road and lined with shops, eat outs, ice cream parlours etc. If you have a USB card with music, photos or videos u can plug into the TV. Everything you need is here they have iron you can use just ask at reception. Will warn u coffee lovers only decaf in the room so u will need to bring/buy coffee if u desire the full hit of caffeine. Only fault is my shower makes a screechy noise not too loud. Amazing garden to sit in to have food, drinks or just

Just got home from a 4 day stay at this fantastic hotel. This hotel is one of Blackpools hidden gems. As soon as you walk through the door you can see how good it is. Great rooms and an exceptional bar area.

Hotel was very clean, the rooms were nicely decorated and bed was comfortable the staff were fantastic couldn’t do enough for you so helpful , definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon
