The Royal Hotel and Bar is one of the finest hotels in Lancaster! My family and I were in town for 5 days and stayed here for the entire duration of our trip. The staff are amazing, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is perfect! It is located downtown, which means ease of access to stores :)

Just back home from staying at the Royal for our anniversary weekend. Rooms are spotless and the staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Stopped for Sunday lunch which was amazing. Complements to the chef.

Awesome staff, simple clean and comfortable room at a great price. Great telly. Free cereals and porridge for breakfast. Had Motorhead pale ale on tap. Amazing!

Walked in completely unplanned, just needed a drink and some food. Amazing customer service, food was absolutely awesome and the portion sizes are just what you need to fuel a day! Will definitely be visiting again and may even stay in the hotel too.

We had great pleasure to enjoy wonderful garden and terrace outside today at The Royal Hotel & Bar. With super friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and nice variety of drinks. Everything was just perfect. Garden was renovated since the last time we've been there and it's great transformation. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also kids friendly place.
