Really comfortable, clean room. No breakfast served but it's not an issue, loads of cafes nearby. Will definitely stay here again next time we are working in Bkackpool!

A bit basic but clean and comfortable room. There was a fridge iron hair dryer and little extras .For the price very acceptable. Close to South pier and pleasure Beach. Host was pleasant and informative.

Lynmoore guest house was a very comfortable place for us. Mark warmly welcomed us and ensured that our stay was comfortable and cozy. The room was very clean. The bathroom/shower room was very clean too. There was free WiFi which my kids enjoyed using and also watching our favourite YouTube programmes. 10 minutes walk to pleasure beach and sandcastle Water Park and other shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this guest house to any staycation tourist and other tourists visiting Blackpool. Thank you Mark for hosting my family.

The room had an en-suite and was compact. It was kindly stocked with all basic needs. There was a fridge , hair dryer, tea coffee facilities and supplies. There were little touches added like complimentary biscuits and sanitary products. The owner was kind and friendly. Parking is available on the streets around. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and safe. The bed was really comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
