This hotel is awful. It's filthy and in desperate need of an upgrade. Our room is nothing like the pictures shown on the website. Holes in the doors, broken toilet roll holder, shower handle broken which has… left the screw exposed and generally grimey. This morning we had a 40 minute wait for breakfast and I actually went to ask at reception if somebody could help seat people. In the end I gave up and set my own table. I really feel for the wait staff, they are lovely and trying their best in difficult circumstances. I have spoken to the manager who I found to be abrupt and lacking in customer

My husband and myself stayed here 6th to 10th September! never again!! I have never stayed in such a filthy smelly hotel before. I would not recommend this place to anyone..... if you like a clean place to stay… DON'T GO HERE. We were B&B but did not have breakfast so I cannot comment on the food, but if the rest of the hotel was anything to go on I wouldn't.

Terrible place. Worst hotel there is in Blackpool. Dirty and the room had so many faults. Staff are horrible. Entertainment was a joke. Lack of privacy from house keeping staff. If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would. Won't be back.
