Our eight bespoke lodges provide premium self-catering accommodation in a private lakeside setting. Each property features modern kitchens, spacious living areas, and private outdoor spaces with fire pits. Guests enjoy uninterrupted views across the 24-acre lake and access to resort facilities including complimentary boats and recreational equipment. The lodges cater to both family holidays and romantic breaks, with sleeping capacities ranging from two to seven guests.
Fishing Packages
Cleveley Mere's 24-acre lake offers exceptional fishing opportunities for both carp and fly fishing enthusiasts. We provide complimentary day tickets for lodge guests, with tackle hire available on request. The lake contains carp weighing up to 28lb alongside resident brown trout populations, with designated fishing swims accessible from selected lodges.
Recreational Activities
Our private estate features diverse recreational options including kayaking, pedalos, and rowing boats for lake exploration. Guests enjoy 9-hole crazy golf, riverside walking trails, and cycling routes through woodland and countryside. Seasonal activities include wildlife watching and organised fishing events, with equipment hire available for most pursuits.

We specialise in family-friendly holiday experiences with spacious lodges accommodating up to seven guests. Visited for our Baby Moon and stayed in the Hunters Lodge. Beautiful location and friendly staff. Will be returning. Highly recommend.

Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely be back. We were greeted by Maggie and the ducks, the lodges are lovely and cosy, plenty to do if you want to or just relax by the lake

I took my husband there for a mid-week break for our 10th wedding anniversary and we stayed at Finn Lodge. it's the most authentic lodge of them all and you feel like you're in another part of the world and not… just in Lancashire. The views from the master bedroom balcony are breathtaking. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. On arrival, they had placed a Happy Anniversary banner in our lodge with chocolates, a beautiful touch. it's so private too, each lodge having its quiet space. We took out the complimentary bikes to find a fire pit to roast the marsh mellows that are free too

We Spent 2 night here and used it as a base for walking the local Area..It’s Fab having your own boat,we went out one night just before it got dark was brilliant peaceful and still and gave us chance to blow… away the smoke from our log fire.Sitting outside on a night eating cheese and drinking wine was made perfect by watching the bats do their thing.🙏🏼

This was our 2nd visit after getting engaged the 1st time we just knew we had to return and it would be somewhere so special to us. Everything about this place is absolutely perfect! So peaceful and relaxing… but with plenty to do. This time we stayed in The Lighthouse Harbour and the decor was beautiful. The weather on our last day was pretty miserable but it didn’t stop us doing anything, we put on our raincoats and biked, played golf, went on the boats.. it was perfect. I cannot wait to return again in the near future, I honestly would not change a thing 🤍 thank you so much
