I had outstanding service from Richardsons. They came highly recommended from friends and family, and after committing to them, I found they are also highly recommended by a number of estate agents and it's not hard to see why! The saga in buying and selling houses has been incredibly challenging recently and not least due to other solicitors and personnel involved in the chains. Where Richardson's (Rebecca and Sue) were fast to respond (I think it was outstandingly always same day!) and ahead of the process at every turn, the same could not be said from other solicitors, businesses and people

We will only use Richardson's although we've now moved well out of the area. We've tried others in th past (we have a number of properties) and all have been a problem in one way or another but so grateful to have found Richardson's. We have just exchanged on the purchase of our house and although we were cash buyers and there was no chain we didn't expect it to be as quick as five weeks! He somehow managed to speed up the searches although we're been told by the agent that they were taking seven weeks in our part of the world.
