If i had to deal with them again i think i would have to sign off from work due to stress.
Completion date kept getting extended by months, they took so long that the surveyor had to come back as the first inspection expired.
Countless calls to them as they would go weeks without contacting or getting any further with our case, only way to speed it up was to call continuously to annoy them enough to do there job.
Im sure they take on way too many cases to complete one properly in good time, recieve a decent customer review. I would advise anyone looking to deal with this company to shop around

I accept everyone has there own experience of this conveyancing business, but my own has been seamless when it has been related to a recent house sale. Aimee Tadman has been exceptional. A credit to this business. Deserves the praise, 100 per cent. Managing multiple files for numerous sales/purchases at the same time must be a challenge, but I was never left waiting 24hrs for a reply, and never really had to chase up anything. Definitely one of the best conveyancing case handlers I have dealt with. Having liaised with Key Conveyancing on other property transactions, I know for me it was the other

Would not recommend for using if buying a property! My partner and I have used Key Conveyancing when purchasing a flat and there has been delay after delay. We had put it down to Covid, then stamp duty but it has now been 6 months and we are still waiting. There is a clear lack of communication, ignored emails and excuses such as the age of the vendor? When I eventually had to move out of my property and had nowhere to go there still was no urgency to help. I have had our Estate Agent and a separate Solicitor call and message on our behalf and all have said that there was no urgency to push through

Not a value of money service. Very slow in responses , their case handlers never bother to call you and explain the legal stuff, fees and charges, they just send you the contract documents( that too contains many errors)and expect you to sign the same.
