Quick response. Friendly staff - Mark, Ben and the team. Clean and nicely maintained apartment. Convenient location. Stayed there for 8 nights in late Sept. Will definitely return.

We didn't stay there but visited family staying there . Large apartment. Nice bathrooms. On one level great with young children. Warm . And wide Hall. All necessary equipment there

Very good place if you are looking for alternatives to Hotel however they are not very flexible to let your guests park despite many parking bays going unused. Also the wardrobes need a bit more cleaning as my son got some insect bites while hiding in one of the wardrobes which kids often do...overall decent however it is a bit pricey for what they claim to be a 5 star accomodation.

The personal touch of communication Drew and Emma gave was 1st class. They showed genuine care that we arrived safely and guided us into the apartment. The rooms are stunning and have everything you need. Will be staying again... and again... :-)
